Freeze Dried Mixers, Cat Food Toppers, Digestive Health, 5.5 oz | Freeze-dried raw meal topper or treat, functional whole foods, fiber, and probiotics for gut support

My 13yr old cat loves the taste and goes crazy for these. I give them to him when I get home from work around midnight as a treat. It helps a lot with his digestive issues. Due to inflammatory bowel disease, he has lots of digestive discomfort/vomiting/constipation/occasional diarrhea. He seems much more comfortable when he has at least 10 of these a day and it has been a huge help with the constipation, more so than any other supplement we have tried and hasn’t needed laxatives (vet prescribed) since incorporating these treats into his diet. These have done more for his digestive issues than the prescription GI food he was on. Unlike most cat treats, these actually smell pretty good. I’m definitely giving him over the recommended amount, but I reduce his dry food accordingly and he still receives wet food as usual.

Update 2:: We just wish the price didn’t keep going up on these :/ Update:: this is now officially our favorite new kitty food product of the year. It has made all the difference in them eating much more of their wet food (which costs a small fortune these days) and they love the taste. I have bought all the flavors now to see how they will like it but the orange pack with pumpkin and chicken is definitely a big hit in our household. The one most fussy eating kitty is now waiting to be fed in the mornings which was but the case before. // My two kitties, who are quite fussy eaters, love this digestive health topping and have been eating much more of their food after I started putting this on top of their meals. I have been trying to make their meals more varied and nutritious so am trying different snacks and toppings. So far this one has been the clear winner was I’m so happy it’s such a healthy and obviously tasty product! So happy we found this!

I wanted something relatively healthy to introduce to my cats, and make sure they're getting a balanced diet. My cats have different preferences when it comes to food, so trying a variety to see what they like. My younger cat seems to LOVE these pumpkin freeze dried mixers, and the older one prefers the salmon ones. They're not difficult to chew, they seem to break down fairly easily, and seem fairly healthy. There's no odor to worry about on either flavor.

Our Siamese cat loves these things and he gets a molecule he badly needs.

My oldest cat will turn three in the coming months, and I use this product almost the same way for all of my ten cats. I usually add it in the morning to their first meal. I mix it with raw meat as an additional source of vitamins, fiber, and some carbohydrates. It works very well as a topper. I’ve tried many varieties from Instinct The Raw Brand, but my cats’ absolute favorite is the orange pumpkin one, so that’s the one I buy the most. I also like to keep a few different formulas at home and rotate them. Sometimes I give the pieces dry as treats, but most of the time I add them to food. Cats don’t really chew the way dogs do — they mostly swallow. Because of that I usually crumble the pieces into smaller bits before mixing them into the food. I also attached a photo with a measuring tape so you can see the size — each piece is about 12 mm. Some pieces are softer and some are harder. I’m not sure why that is, but that’s another reason why I prefer to crumble them for my cats. A friend of mine buys the same product for her dog and gives it as treats. Since the dog is bigger, that works perfectly. Her dog especially loves the pumpkin one. Overall, I’ve bought these before, I’m buying them now, and I will keep buying them. I like the product and recommend trying it. Photos attached. P.S. The only downside I see is that it’s a bit difficult to understand the exact portion. The pieces are cubes, but the feeding instructions are written in tablespoons. I actually had to crush some pieces just to see how many cubes fit into one tablespoon. It would be easier if the portion was listed in grams, or if the cubes were a consistent size so it would be clearer how many pieces to give. Because of this small detail, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

Helped my kitty when she had an IBS flare - just crumbled it up and mixed it up in her wet food with a little additional canned pumpkin.

MY CAT LOVES THESE!!! but also ive had my cat for 5 months and since January ive been giving my cat these as “treats” but more like everytime he is so cute i give him a couple i break them in half as well. But the point is i took him to the vet bc he was have projectile diarrhea like bad they gave him medicine. He still had diarrhea after the whole like 4 week treatment. No parasites or anything he just has like ibs or something i dont even know but THESE after a month of like dedication to these treats hes 6 months old and i give him about 6-7 a day HE HAS BEEN HAVING REGULAR POOS YAYYYYYY THIS IS A LIFESAVEERRRR. Its taken me 5 months to figure out food/treat that wont upset his belly YAYYYY i had to put them in jar bc he figured out how to open my drawer and ate through the bag

My cat enjoys them and helps my cat so much to have a healthy bowel movement. They are pricey but worth it for my cat can have a healthy bowel movement and good gut health.
