Have a “kick” (but not too much), have consistency (but not too much, and taste great! This will be my new “go to” hot sauce. Review: Great stuff - I am a wing and hotsauce lover. I think this is a well done sauce. yes, basically it is a vinegar based hot sauce, but there are many others out there that are not as good as this one. It is thick enough, tangy, hot enough, with subtle butter flavor. I have tried Frank's Wing sauce and that has an off butter flavor and lacks the tangy taste Wenzel's has. Like yes, you can approximate this sauce with franks red hot and butter, but I have been looking for a good hot sauce for wings straight out of the bottle. and this is it. ## Features - TASTE - Wenzel Sauce is a spicy & tangy hot sauce with a savory butter undertone making it unique from the rest and your new mealtime and tailgating sidekick. Aged red peppers, creamy butter flavoring and the perfect mix of spices creates a special sauce you can’t live without. - USES - Perfect for your Sandwich, Pizza, Wings and so much more. Wenzels makes every meal legendary. - PURPOSE - This Special Hot Sauce is made to take your meal to the next level and give your taste buds a boost. It is a must have for your BBQ or to dip your favor food for an extra kick. - GIFT IDEA - For anyone who loves flavor and taking their meals to the next level of flavor. - THE MAN BEHIND THE SAUCE - All-Star lacrosse goalie and fullback for the Yale Bulldogs, Eric Wenzel knew about late night eats with his fraternity brothers in New Haven, so much so that Alpha Delta Pizza named a sandwich after him and the legend was born. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07KY68T8N | | Best Sellers Rank | #105,042 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #1,256 in Hot Sauce #3,017 in Sauces | | Brand | Wenzel | | Brand Name | Wenzel | | Container Type | Bottle | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 111 Reviews | | Diet Type | Vegetarian | | Flavor | Hot Sauce,Spicy | | Item Form | Creamy | | Manufacturer | Wenzel | | Package Information | Bottle | | Size | 1 Gallon | | UPC | 862020000411 | | Unit Count | 128 Fluid Ounces | ## Images ![Wenzel | #1 Sandwich Hot Sauce Spicy Tangy Delicious Makes For A Legendary Meal, Gallon - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ux9ykrDzL.jpg) ![Wenzel | #1 Sandwich Hot Sauce Spicy Tangy Delicious Makes For A Legendary Meal, Gallon - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51Lpp6qX7eL.jpg) ![Wenzel | #1 Sandwich Hot Sauce Spicy Tangy Delicious Makes For A Legendary Meal, Gallon - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/6158lZK--jL.jpg) ![Wenzel | #1 Sandwich Hot Sauce Spicy Tangy Delicious Makes For A Legendary Meal, Gallon - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61opUvQiYVL.jpg) ![Wenzel | #1 Sandwich Hot Sauce Spicy Tangy Delicious Makes For A Legendary Meal, Gallon - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91xLuzs4JpL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great everyday, tasty, all around awesome Hot Sauce! *by L***N on December 21, 2025* What hot sauce should be.
