what are the ingredients in this product?

I swear by it too!! Even my husband who "doesn't believe in natural mumbo jumbo" had been converted (it took 10yrs) Works GREAT if you catch the first signs of sneezing and sinus pressure, (or whatever your ailment first signs are). Also works great if you are already sick but takes a bit longer to kick in. Large jar is a significantly better value and no one carries it where I live, so I order it and keep it on the shelf.

does this product contain potassium

No it does not have potassium. besides the many specific herbs known to help with colds and flu, it only contains some Vit. C and Zinc - also great for colds or flu. It is my go to product at the first sign of cold or flu. Last year when I got the flu while out of town, I ended up with bronchitis - I forgot to pack my Counter Attack!! Could not find it anywhere. Won't do that again.
