### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Long fast bounce back

When I went off a fast and made the mistake of not properly and lightly re-entering food into my system. I thought I was going to pop as my whole body was swollen. I went to whole foods to initially get this product and thats where I learned about it. I went to the broth isle and was lost as I have never purchased bone broth. But heard it was good if coming off fast. I stood there confused on what to get as there were too many options. Thank GOD for sending a dietitian to me not a min after. She appeared next to me and she looked like she just knew. So I asked. She said this is one of the best bc its already ready for sipping. Just need to heat in new cup in microwave. See I needed something quick that I didn't have to cook or adjust. With this I dont. So it's now a must for my pantry. She said to drink 1 or 2 a day and I did. I am back to normal now. For whatever reason you are fasting. I recommend this bone broth.
