I installed them all, then plugged the cluster in. Only 4 illuminated. The white harness on the left (which feeds power to the lights) is long enough that I was able to spin it out the drivers door and reverse the non-illuminated bulbs polarities while the board was still hot to confirm they work as soon as the connection was made.
