I just received the X10 9-piece Metric wrenches (CCWS9BM) and the X10 9-piece SAE wrenches (CCWS9BS) today - 5/17/2021. They are clearly marked "Made in China", *not* Taiwan. Had I known that before ordering, I wouldn't have bought them. They appear a little flimsy, and the size markings are not going to last long, as they are just lasered on. Haven't decided yet if I'll keep them or send them back.
