It tasted stale and like cardboard, so we threw it away. We drove to Walmart and purchased "RiceSelect Original Couscous, Moroccan-Style Couscous." RiceSelect is a superior product, easy to make, and tastes as couscous should; it does not taste stale and like cardboard as this "Tria Moroccan Couscous" tasted. You can also buy "RiceSelect Original Couscous, Moroccan-Style Couscous" on Amazon, but we had an immediate need.

Very good quality couscous but too expensive!! This fine couscous should be priced at 5 dollars max, I'm just buying it because I don't have any Arab stores around me.2nd purchase: I ordered the fine grain and received the medium grain. Don't worth to send it back but very disappointed.

NOT WORTH IT
This was too fine and there were no English directions on what quantities to use to cook. After only a few weeks, meal bugs hatched and I had to throw it away. It is very expensive and I donāt recommend it.
