I picked up this tape because my kids are always stealing mine for their arts and crafts and using it all. The dispensers are fun and make it easy to keep our supplies split.These are exactly as described. I took mine apart and it looks like I’ll be able to replace the rolls inside too, though I’m not sure how long they’ll last in the hands of kids. The tape they come with is ok, but it’s not quite on par with Scotch or anything. I also noticed that the tape sticks to the unicorn dispenser when you tear it (due to the design), and so there’s no way to actually use those without leaving some sticky stuff behind and leaving white marks on the tape. Ergo, you aren’t going to get away with using the tape on something where it needs to be totally transparent, but if you’re wrapping presents with it or using it on paper, it’ll be just fine.Overall, we’re happy with ours. The kids pulled them out and started using the tape right away. They work perfectly for my purpose and brought big smiles, plus I think I’ll be able to refill them later, so they’re a good value too.

It was a pleasant surprise when I got these because there were four unicorns and four flamingos which means I had enough to give one to everyone in my team at the office AND keep one for myself! I kept a flamingo but people adored the Unicorns, and I think they might be a bit better because the actual tape-cutting part is on the unicorn tail, but the top of the Flamingo's head which means the tape tends to get stuck on its neck and beak. Still cute though!!! They are so cute in person I can't quite describe it. Only slight issue in that when I opened it to get the tape started, I had to put the jagged edge at the top of the flamingo's head and it was a bit confusing because I hadn't been paying close enough attention to where it went before I took it apart (whoops) so fyi!

Bought for gifts but they are so cheap looking... be alright for a child.. but tape quality is a zero and broke off .. couldn’t get it started again!!! Luckily my son stepped on it and broke it to pieces!!less junk in my house!!! Top it off .. I bought four boxes not realizing there are four in each box ha ha stuck with 16 ...well 15 of them!!!

Flamingo part is cute and creative, but the tape itself ?? The quality is so poor that I couldn’t grab the end and it tears so easy if you do. So frustrating. I ended up throwing all of them.

theses bend and the tape won't come off the roll.Do not waste your money

Very cute but not useable. The tape sticks the the head of the flamingo and the tail of the unicorn making it very difficult to use the tape.

Will be a great item for my office desk
