Several of my fire department personnel bought these , number 1 for the price, but pleasantly surprised by the fit, comfortable and durability. We spent all day repelling up and down walls and none of us had any damage. Made easy work keeping a good grip on the ropes.

Perfect and held up well they are comfortable relatively cheap for how good they are they’re a little warm but they are breathable and for the reviews that say too tight they are supposed to be tight they are climbing gloves I haven’t used them effectively yet but I’m sure they will work

PROThe gloves are very comfortable when the size is right and they also look good. They're also pretty durable. I lost my grip dearing or repel and the only thing slowing me down was a weak break my grip and the gloves they didn't get damaged during the fall at all. The gloves also allow you to maintain dexterity so you can tie knots.CONThe gloves are a size small. I followed the sizing chart and my hands are exactly the upper length of the medium but when I receive them the fingers were too short so I upped a size to a large and now the gloves fit perfectly both in the Palm and in the length of the fingers.

Bought these to go to Cumberland Caverns and they did the job well. We climbed around in the caves for 3 plus hours and these did well. Had to wash them well to get all of the clay off and they wear just as well after that. These are durable and not too bulky in your palm which a lot of gloves I tried before were.

I purchased pair off this gloves. For what I use them I can't say nothing but good things. I was looking for climing gloves but not winter or snow resistant. I climbed angels landing and few other mountains. I really like this one. My wife uses samo brand and she is very pleased. It fits perfect and I used the chart that website provides, it has good and solid grip when holding on something. I would buy it again.

I work at an outdoor ropes course. I belay participants using a gri-gri. I prefer the full finger gloves because the rope rubs across the thumb and top of the fingers. The mesh back allows flexibility. The black leather palm provides adequate strength and protection from rope burn, but is hot and leaves a black dye stain on my hands. The stain may disappear after continuous use. The leather is also soft and smooth and makes it harder to pull the rope through the gri-gri. The gloves might work better with a rough leather palm and the normal cowhide, which shouldn’t leave your hands stained.

These Fit wonderful

I bought these gloves to train bear crawls down rocky surfaces. They also have several features that would make them ideal for rock climbing, with a gap to run the climbing rope through the glove. They withstand wear and tear well, though they shift a bit as the size does not match my hand perfectly. They also feel secure as I am wearing them. I would recommend these gloves for a variety of purposes that require tough protections for your hands.
