Had mine delivered today. It's on another level in comparison to my last kitchen knife. Well made, the handle alone looks a lot sturdier than my previous knives. The cutting edge is unbelievable sharp. Worth spending the extra money for a decent kitchen knife. Just to add, I love also the weight.

Sharpest knife on my kitchen at the moment! Was telling my wife to be very careful, as we didn’t had such super sharp knife for long time and it’s easy to get cut. I absolutely love this knife, it’s so easy to chop my veggies with it. Due to athritic hands prepping was quite painful but this knife is not too heavy or too light as the weight is perfectly balanced for ease of use. It’s extremely sharp as expected and is now my favourite utensil. I would highly recommend.

Venía de usar un santoku de un juego básico y quería dar el salto a uno con mejores materiales y duradero. Ha sido un acierto total: la calidad del acero y los acabados es estupenda y se siente súper robusto en la mano. ​Es verdad que pesa un poco más de lo habitual, pero precisamente ese peso le da mucho aplomo y control al cortar. Si buscas un cuchillo sólido y de calidad para el día a día, merece muchísimo la pena.
