Great foot product
This product is great, helps with blood circulation in the feet. It's made a little different than the less expensive ones and for the better. Buying the two resistance springs is better for foot, ankle, or leg injuries. You'll need to find a place that displays pilates toe exercises for this product because there aren't any details on how to use this product in the packaging.

Screws fall apart everyone I use it and I have to reassemble. The 9.95 one is better made

Try Rubber Bands First
After ordering these, I read that just interlacing two thick rubber bands (such as those that hold heads of broccoli together in the produce section of the supermarket) work just as well. I feel silly for spending this much on an item that, while interesting to look at, and functional, I could have made for free from my junk drawer.
