Good addition to workout area.

This is a great medicine ball. It surprises you at first because it seems deceptively light until you pick it up. I love tossing it into the air and catching it for a work out. Good to grip. I actually incorporate it into an introduction ice breaker at a youth group and the kids love it as they introduce themselves in a circle while tossing and catching the ball

The ball is great for working out. I utilize it for wall balls. Love the color, but wish I could have chosen a different color. The color is based on the weight size. This ball is even and rounded which is huge for what I use it for. It is a bit slick, especially when a little sweaty.

The material is fantastic. Have been using this for quite a while now and still seems as though it is brand new. The weight is perfect, I went heavier on purpose and it definitely worked. Also when it was delivered all I had to do is pull it out of the box and it was ready to use.

I bought the 14 pound ball to prepare for Hyrox. It is very unevenly waited. Comes off the wall goofy, it’s hard to catch and generally very inconsistent feel in the hands likes to bump you in the face. I’ve used hundreds of wall balls over the years. This one is made with one heavy center core that’s not actually in the center but so far to one side it’s very unpredictable.
