the base height is 14.5 inches, the middle height is 18.5 and the final height is 23.5 inches

I weigh 300lbs. Will this support me?

that's a tough one. I'd try to find specifics on-line. this thing is pretty heavy duty but just the fact that the legs adjust with pins makes me think you might want to error on the side of safety and go with something non-adjustable. those pins are the weak link, as one reviewer mentions. I weigh 160. maybe a heavier user could address your question better.

May i know how heavy is this product?

I don't have an exact weight in pounds, but it is quite sturdy-I weigh 230lbs and I do jump ups on this table, and it does not budge. I would approximate 20 to 25 lbs.

How will this hold up if stored outdoors?

Probably not well. I could see rust becoming a factor. By the way, mine broke after about 2 weeks of using it. One of the pins that holds a leg in place just sheared in half when I was jumping up onto it. I was at about 220 pounds then. It should've held together, right? I think so.
