These are the folks that are making thousands of dollars selling crappy products. I bought the sample but I WILL return. I tried once and never again. You can't shake the fatigue off the next day plus it DOESN'T HELP YOU SLEEP one bit. Read the reviews before you buy, stop wasting hard earned money

So I've never been a good sleeper. I might fall asleep but then I wake up and can't go back to sleep. I have restless leg syndrome which doesn't help the cause. But I can't blame that because it's always been a struggle. I've had sleep tests and nothing. I started taking these after receiving a 12 pack sample in a subscription box I get. I was skeptical but considering the natural and well known ingredients I really couldn't complain and thought why not. Wow was I surprised, they really do work. I have been taking about a month and I can tell a big difference. I ordered more from Amazon when the 12 pack was running out. Still going strong. I love them.

The product itself is fine, maybe makes you a bit calmer. The thing that Really bothers me is the ridiculous amount of packaging that they use. I feel they are trying to justify the high price of something that is much more reasonably priced at a drug store. Not worth the price at all.

Recently purchased and tried out for a few nights. No adverse effects. I slept well, but could not tell if this wasc result of the product. Purchased to take with me on trips to hopefully assist in sleep aide for jet lag.

For a few years now I have had trouble sleeping. I tried numerous things to try and help me sleep such as melatonin, teas, over the counter sleep aids, etc. all of which did not really help. About 6 months ago it got bad enough and I went to my doctor, she recommended more melatonin, unplugging before bed and if that didn’t help she would prescribe a sleep aid. My friend recommended this product to me and I swear the first night I took it I was asleep in about 30 -45 minutes which is faster than I’ve fallen asleep in a while. It has now been a week of taking it and I cannot recommend it enough! I feel better waking up every morning. It has also helped me fall into deeper sleep.
