Stick with OEM part for this one, no substitutes.
Worked perfectly and mower is running great. Used one of the cheapo pumps from a maintenance bundle, but it was terrible. Worse than the worn-out pump. This was easy to install and fixed the surging issue instantly. This one is made in Japan, so it is the original high-quality OEM pump. It's only $10 more than the knock offs and well worth it.
