Instead of resting with the flat part being between your teeth, it is one cornered edge that is there and because of that it doesn't stay seated but moves in your mouth. I couldn't wear it more than a couple of minutes before it was out of place. I assumed I have a pretty small mouth and thought this would work for me but the part that is supposed to wrap around or sit over the back teeth is too narrow so it doesn't sit flat. This makes it move around in the mouth a lot and it just isn't comfortable.
