a book too far
I bought this book mainly because i really like some of the author's other works on CBT. In keeping with the series, the book is published in a fairly frugal way. The text itself is moderately interesting but it seemed fairly contrived and heavily based on summarising Daniel Golemans works on emotional intelligence. Having read the former book and numerous books on CBT i didn't find that this book really added anything. I think if you have psychological issues its probably better to go for a more focussed book and if you have organizational/motivational work type issues there are many other books which have stood the test of time. I suspect the publishers might quietly drop this one.

Helps beat stress (or at least control it)
This book may be like other stress books (I did not read too many other books on the same subject) but it does help,put things into focus-recommeded.
