Great little custom Velcro patches
Really nicely made patches. Arrived quickly, look great, work well. I haven’t tried using the iron-on aspect yet for the Velcro/hook-and-loop backing, so we’ll have to see how well that works, but in terms of using them on existing Velcro backings or for sewing on the back patches, they’re definitely perfect. I was surprised by how much the seller had to pay for shipping — there were such high-value stamps on the envelope, I don’t know how they could be making a profit. They should offer a big discount for buying more at once; shipping and production cost probably wouldn’t be much more, but the profit margins might be better — I ordered two sets or two patches, but if there’s been a bulk deal I might’ve ordered 10+, as these are very handy for putting on my family’s luggage, my kids’ backpacks and the lining of their jackets, even my dog’s harness, etc.

Excellent addition to my backpack
Exactly the look and size I wanted for my backpack. Trimmed off one star though because I ordered the hook-and-loop (velcro) backing and it didn't come with that. Still love it, though.

Good quality and visibility
Good quality product. Very happy with the embroidery work, the text is thick and filled in very well. Bought this for my dog's harness which has Velcro style area for patches. The patch fits and holds strongly. The only criticism is that the company that was supposed to deliver did not deliver directly but handed off to USPS for final delivery. This caused confusion when I was notified that it was delivered to me when it hadn't. I did end up receiving it in mail but I feel there should be more accurate information on the status of my delivery.
