I'm always hesitant to order from a company I haven't done business with before, but I took a chance with Hypnotic gems and I'm glad I did. These are nice-sized, genuine petalite, and the color is excellent for rough, unpolished pieces. I tried to include a photo, but Amazon wanted full access to my camera, so that didn't happen!!!

The stones themselves are very beautiful. Quite a bit larger than I thought they would be which will make it difficult to use for the jewelry I was planning to make out of some of them. I had ordered two bags and they sent one bag for the full weight of the order instead of two separate bags. One of the bags was for a gift for someone so it made things difficult to split based on the size of the stones.

Got 4 smaller specimens that were really colorful and pink, also got 4 larger specimens that were not, but all were apparently petalite as advertised. The photo was a bit misleading.

Absolutely gorgeous stone!! I only got the half l/b bag but was so pleased!!!!! The stones were of nice size. The color is just stunning!!! I only had a few smaller pieces with the black matrix.The bigger pieces were an amazing light crystal pink!! So beautiful!! Very high vibration!! Petalite in general is an amazing stone to work with, I highly recommend it!!!!

I am just laughing over the people who have said they weren't what they expected or weren't the same color as the picture and actually took stars off. You know they get these from nature right? xD They sell what they find, and nature is unpredictable and imperfect. But actually, mine look just like the ones in the picture. Some are all pink, some are spotted. They are beautiful. There were more bigger pieces than I expected but 4 turned out perfect for wrapping. The ones too large to wrap are too beautiful to complain. They shine in the light and look amazing on my table.

I don't even think but one stone out of a half a pound was actually pink petalite.

Perfect size color and quantity for what we needed, and as described. We ordered the 1/2 lb and received 9 assorted sized pieces between 1/2"- 1.5". Combined shipping was quite a value!

These are opaque pink petalite stones in matrix, not what I expected... After doing a little research online...I learned there are 2 kinds of petalite, the clear transparent ones (like what I already had..not the pink variety) and the opaque ones like these pink rocks. I like to add here in my review that Hypnotic Gems has very good after sales customer service.
