This was very welcoming and straight. Funny and insightful. Thought provoking and emotional. Made me reconsider how I thought I was taking care of myself. Recommend for those looking for a light read that packed with a punch.

A lot of black women being saying these docs have them getting c-sections and I found that weird to believe. Maybe their womb is unbalanced from stress and wrong foods they are eating.

This is a really good book. Just have a open mind when you read it.
