CPAP Machine Filters, Replacement Generic Filter (60 Pack)

These clips are better than nothing but need more modifications if they are to be accepted as a solution for keeping the tubing from pulling during during sleep. The clips are basically what I would use to hang an ID badge from and they are not at all comfortable if you happen to lay on it or if clipped to a night shirt. They really need to be made of a soft yet durable material that can clip and the Velcro is nothing more than a Velcro tie wrap that are used to keep cords together. This product is something that can easily be reproduced by anyone. There is nothing proprietary that I can see. The Velcro ties tend to slip on the hose after placement which is very aggravating and it’s very uncomfortable. They need to be made with a softer material that is resistant to slippage. The cost of this product considering I can buy and make my own, is overpriced. I think this company may get initial sales because those of us who use CPAP are tired of having tubing pulling and dislodging the mask or nasal pillows. However, I really don’t think that this product is ready for market because there is nothing about it that would make me tell others to rush out and buy it.

The clips allow me to affix the hose at the perfect distance and height for me so that the hose is not pulling away from my face. Neither does it allow my movements during the night to pull the CPAP machine off the table. By doing so, it also allows me to sleep more peacefully. I will be buying more. Thank you, thank you.

For me these clips are a game changer for sleep quality with my CPAP. I use nasal pillows which don't attach as securely to you face as a full mask. When I changed position, if the heavy connection point of the tubes slid off me or the side of the bed, my mask would leak causing me to wake up. Using these I can sleep in all the positions and am never awoken by a leaking mask. When I went a couple of weeks without using a clip (they do eventually break and need replacement) my sleep reports showed a significant jump in overall leak rate.

I purchased these as replacements for a previous set. This set is better because the Velcro is shorter - the last pair were too long and often snagged and became full of lint. It is not as invasive as some of the other hose management kits and easily clips to your pillows for sleep and unclips so that I can drop my hose in my cpap cleaning machine.

I tried a pole type holder, and all that did was cut scratches into my custom made bed. These work well on a hook on the wall- keeps the headgear out of the way when I'm watching TV, and keeps the dog out of the nasal mask.

Price was right but was disappointed that they break easily. Moving around the house with a 35ft tube in tow that’s clipped to clothing is a little risky. It will sometimes break with a little tension. It is better than having the hose ripped suddenly out of your nose!! Still gave it a four.

I like that the Velcro is long enough to wrap around where the hose and face mask hose connect. This is were I put the Velcro strap. I have had some where the strap is short and the Velcro comes undone. Nice price for 6 of them.
