One of my mugs arrived with pealing, which sometimes horns do indeed "peel". In addition, the same mug was leaking at the base of the mug. I snapped a photo of the leaks and the peeling, and sent them to them along with a word or three complimenting them on how beautiful the mug was, but that even with epoxy resin being used to seal the leaks, it wouldn't stop leaking. They were so incredibly quick to get a new mug sent off to me. The new mug is flawless. They told me that if I was able to fix the leaks on the previous mug, that I could keep it as well. So, basically I got a "free mug" just for fixing the leaks. That's the level of amazing customer service these folks have.
