Van Gogh Watercolor Paint, 10ml Tube, Dusk Pink 373

Dusk pink is a lovely granulating violet color with earthy dark tones that is semi opaque.

I painted on cotton cold press paper. It is a wonderful background for winter landscapes. I used the Moonglow for the sky and Paynes grey for the snow.

This is an awesome color! Dark purple in mass but once water is added it washes into pinkish purple with black granules that fall into the crevices of cold pressed paper. Perfect for night skies and shadows. I bought the Dusk Green too and it also is a beautiful color that washes into green/blue. Great for landscapes.

I have never used this brand paint before and very surprised by how well it maintains its color. A beautiful color to use in landscape painting. Highly recommend! Packaged well and got here fast.
