Hi. Can this ladder be stored outdoors? Without rusting?

I would suggest that it's best kept indoors or under cover, it is robust and weather proof so to speak but it will eventually rust like all ladders.

what is the narrowest width when folded flat for storage

When flat the width at the top is 30cm and 45cm at the base. These dimensions don’t change if it’s flat or not. Super steps that are great to use.

Storage problem - what is the total height of the hailo 8040607 xxl easyclix, 305 cm ladder when is is unopened i.e. is it 208cm?

The 8040-607 has a closed height of 2.08m

The maximum working height is givens 305cm, but the platform height is given as 128cm, are both of these correct?

The top platform on my ladders is 138 cm if you are stood on the top platform you can reach as high as your own height if that makes any sense. We have very high ceilings at 290cm and I’m only 5ft 3” and I can reach them safely generally not always having to stand on the top platform but from the highest step. As long as you are less than 150 kg you can work from the top platform easily. The fact it has that extended bit helps to make it feel a little more stable. I hope that helps you.
