**Q: There are two different dimensions given for the product. Which one is accurate? Product and item dimensions  are different.**
A: The correct dimensions are 71x39.5x3cm (28x15.5x 1. 1/2 inches) when folded flat for storage. So neat! When assembled it provides a large wash load capacity and measures approx 58.5x38x39cm (23-25” x15x15.5inches tall). Hope this helps.

**Q: Had basket since march been using since early june, now kees falling apart. help !!!!**
A: I had the same problem.  The plastic bits that hold it together spread each time it is used until eventually it doesn't clip properly.  Had to send mine back.
