Washington Corn Cob Tobacco Pipe - 5th Avenue, Straight Bit

Pipe smokes like a dream. Some small defects at the very top of the bowl but that is just the nature of a cob pipe. Over all can’t go wrong for the price! I find myself reaching for this over my briar pipes, it just smokes that good! One thing to note is the stem fit ok but wasn’t as snug as I would expect. There is no issue as of now but if it wears out and becomes too loose I will update this review. Edit: The stem never wore out or got loose but i did end up getting an aftermarket resin stem from Vermont freehand. The new stem made it truly feel like a premium custom pipe. Over all still can’t go wrong with this pipe. Smoke it as is for years to come or customize it till your hearts content as I did!

you either like em or you dont. many of us start with cobs in the hobby, for practical purposes. but for me these not only hold their value but also their charm and function. plus there is just something that feels kind of good being a part of some genuine amaericana. my grandfathers never smoked these, but im sure some ancestors did. these are quailty pieces and for me they smoke very smooth and with minimal heat when im not smoking like a chimney. and even then they cool down quick. i have no compaints on this model either. well balanced and easy to clench and clean. it looks really good on a guy with a beard too. hope this helps.

At $10, you just can't beat a clean MM corn cob. Whether you're a beginner or just looking for an affordable addition to your pipe collection, you almost literally can't go wrong choosing this one. The bowl gets just warm enough to heat your fingers on a cool day, but never too hot. The stem is long enough to cool the draw before it reaches your mouth, leaving very little bite. And of course, it can balance right-side up so you can place it down without worrying about spillage (big plus for me).

Good starting pipe. Built great with no obvious flaws. Once you notice the pipe stem is getting chewed through you can get another plastic one or search for Forever Stems by Vermont Freehand to get an acrylic replacement that will last longer than plastic.

Well crafted pipe for your smoking pleasure.....no matter what you decide to smoke. This pipe lends itself well to smoking weed. All you will need is a 1" screen for the bowl, lose the in-line filter...and you're ready to go. No need to worry about breakage, unlike the expensive glass pipes found in most head shops. Plus, the darn thing is made right here in the states.

This is a very nice affordable pipe. Smokes very well and easy to clean. Draws very easy compared to some. When you set it down it stays setting up does not fall over or lay on it's side spilling tobacco or pot so it is very nice to be able to set this down and not dump out. Nice pipe at cheap price.

Rich history here, and American made. Solid product. However, I now wish I had purchased this product direct from the company. Amazon/Jeff Bezos are not team players in the American spirit - before you know it, they'll have created their own clone of AmazonBasic Corncob Pipes(tm) and trying to corner the market here, too. This is a super cheap corn cob pipe that looks like it cost 3x what it does. Great value, great smoke. I use it for ~herbal treatment~ for PTSD and it's great. Very deep cob, I would use a screen to raise the floor a bit. Probably even better for tobacco. This thing is sharp looking and has personality. Would buy again.

I just got my package and it’s completely the same as it’s in the pic’s.

good prop pipe but that is it after 5 or 6 loads of pipe tobacco tar started leaching out of it then after 35- 40 loads the cob started to split apart sorry to say it is junk
