This product works wonderful for me and I can tell a difference when I don't take it. I make sure I never run out.Concentration, focus and recall are so much better when I take it consistently. Recommend highly.

These do seem to help me, but everyone is different. I only downgraded a little because the price is hard to afford. I did take one less than recommended to make them last longer. They do come sealed for safety and freshness.

Brain support to increase the memory

Hard to say for sure if these are doing anything dramatic, but I’ve been taking them and haven’t noticed any negatives. I haven’t suddenly unlocked genius-level memory or laser focus, but they don’t upset my stomach, and I feel generally fine while taking them. Sometimes with supplements like this, it’s tough to measure the effects unless you stop and notice a big difference — I haven’t done that yet, so for now, I’m just rolling with it. Non-GMO and gluten-free is a plus, and the capsules go down easy. So, if nothing else, I feel like I’m doing something positive for my brain, even if I can’t quite quantify the results.

I am always skeptical concerning the effectiveness of these supplements but I have taken some other stuff by Natures Plus that seemed to be effective. My locals Smith's / Kroger sells this brand and this product so I am guessing the product is legit. Will give this a chance to see how well or if it works. A little pricey but worth it if it does what it says it does. Will update after going through this 30 day bottle.

My review is based on the fact I take MANY similar supplements to this not necessarily just for "brain" health, but due to a disability with an overload of toxins and mold in my body. So, I am extremely familiar with several name brands I buy similar products through my naturopath. I can tell you, the closest similar product I currently take is $69.99, so the current price just shy of $50 is still a very good deal. I have to be honest, I didn't know much about the company NaturesPlus and had to do my research as I don't trust many I find online also with being immunosuppressed and on disability. I was pleasantly surprised to find, "Natural Organics is recognized for its ethical standards and quality production capabilities. They adhere to both US and EU organic standards, which results in a unique set of organic standards for their products. " That was found in a generic AI search, but also found supporting documentation. I suggest you do the same if you shop for supplements online. Because I'm already taking similar supplements, I can't tell you I feel extremely different. I also don't think you should expect extreme results with any supplement. Gradual is normal, extreme is not. What I love the most is there is no bad smell or taste taking these. I probably regurgitate 30% of those I have to take. These are not small, but they are easy to swallow and don't have any weird smell or taste to them. You can research everything in the ingredients and nothing is synthetic and all pure ingredients. So, value and quality are high on my list. I can tell you when I've stopped my similar products with ingredients in Brain Boost, I have felt tired and lethargic and that overall feeling of not being able to think and just wanting to nap. By taking a product with pure ingredients like this, it gives and overall feeling of being able to do more in a day, feel refreshed, and yes, think more clearly. But, it's not overnight. You also have to get your 8 hours of sleep and eat right. It's not a miracle pill.
