These are really amazing pans though suitable for smaller cooking portions. So far been a dream to cook with and clean. They look really good too only downside is didn’t realise with wooden handles they won’t go in oven - but not a big deal for me plus the handle stays cool.

Had a slight scratch on one on delivery but ok. Good non stick and supposedly better for you than the ones with aluminium and other nasty coatings

These pans are good, but only if you know how to use them properly. It’s essential to let the pan heat up sufficiently before adding any oil (regardless of the amount). If you don’t do this, food will stick badly to the surface. At first, I honestly thought they were unusable and even considered throwing them away, because everything was sticking. Once I learned the correct way to use them, the experience improved significantly. That said, this very important instruction is not explained anywhere on the packaging, and it really should be. Knowing this from the start would save a lot of frustration. Overall, they perform well when used correctly, but clearer guidance would make a big difference.

Very good non sticking pans. Love them.Only had them for short time so no idea how they behave long term.the spatula that comes with it however is crap after one use edge melted.

I have the whole GreenPan selection as they’re brilliant. However I was really disappointed with this pan, as after the 1st use I noticed that there was some sticking which has gradually got worse and the food just falls apart sticking to the pan. It almost looks like the non-stick material has worn off in patches, or was never fully sealed. I suspect this is a faulty pan as it is not the quality I had come to expect from GreenPan and I had not cooked or cleaned any differently to normal, and the others in the range are fine. It looks dirty and scummy when cleaned, it’s so weird.

It's a non stick frying pan. Used for frying. Reaches usable temperature, retains it nicely, doesn't stick and cleans easily. Nicely made!

Brilliant omelette pan!

The first Mayflower I bought I needed to return after one use because the coating chipped. The replacement is unfortunately really not very good when it comes to the promised ‘non-stick’ qualities. Pretty much everything sticks all, no matter whether low heat or high heat or how much oil you use, from eggs to fish. After only a few uses there are permanent food marks on the pan that won’t come off (see photo). Not sure if I have a faulty product but so far this is the worst ceramic pan I ve owned.
