Santoku Knife

Sharp. Well Constructed. Good Balance. Good value for the money. This will be my go-to kitchen knife.

I love to cook and although I had OK knives for chopping and dicing, I knew it was time for a better knife. I wanted to find a knife that was reasonably priced and had good reviews. This knife checks all of my boxes. It is well balanced, razor sharp and has an excellent knife protective sheath. It is well packaged in a box that nestles it and in fact should be kept for storage. I have used it to dice vegetables, cantaloupe, and trim and cut chicken breasts. I wash it immediately after use in warm sudsy water after each use, dry it and store it for my next culinary adventure. I am very pleased with this knife and recommend it highly.

My god....I am a knife snob..I unwrapped this and cut through corn husks like they were made out of paper...Balanced!! Great hand feel...I dont think the performance ever exceeded my expectations more than this knife. I bought similar knives for "hundreds" more than this knife. I went back on here an ordered several more of their knives! My mother managed a high restaurant...I have experience with top end knives...you will not be disappointed....oh I just ordered this exact knife for my so in law as a Christmas gift!!

Sharp and sturdy. I have put up with dull knives for far too long. I didn't realize how having sharp knives make kitchen work go much faster. I bought a set after getting this one.

I have now purchased every knife they make in this series. So to say I am a fan is an understatement. I can't say enough good things about my knives, stay sharp (bought the Steele also) look great, prep knives are wonderful, steak knives make a great presentation on the table and cut thru steak like butter. My favorite is the extra long meat cutter works so well on smoked brisket. Good Price (my opinion) no problems of any kind, my first ones are 2years old. And no I don't work for Cutlex :) :)

They are not as sharp as I would have liked them to be. I would like to cute steak or chicken with ease and I felt like they would go dull soon. However, I have only used them for about a week, so not sure how long they’ll last.

This knife is great. I use it for just about every food item that needs to be cut, sliced or chopped.

Quality was impressive. Great Weight, Nice and Sharp, and feels great in my hand. I'll be purchasing different knives from this brand and seller soon.

Il coltello è arrivato imballato in un'elegante confezione. La lama è molto affilata, il peso ottimale e il bilanciamento perfetto. Dopo l'uso il coltello può essere riposto nel fodero. Per adesso molto soddisfatto, da valutare in seguito all'uso continuato.

Très bon couteau, reste bien tranchant dans le temps, bien lourd ce qui est agréable a l'usage, bonne prise en main
