How / who do I contact to get warranty help? I used the riveter once and the gun is stuck in pulled position. I got it to go back and release but now the tigger releases air but no pull. The 2 page IOM manual is a parts list and a cleaning and maintaining your gun guide. Help please there is nothing on Amazon page about how to obtain warranty help? (I contacted them through AMAZON and they were very helpful and decided a new unit was the best solution. I asked if they wanted the defective one back and they said no worries. They sent the replacement right away and everything is fine. The riverter works great!) 5 stars.

This is a good heavy duty device. After years of using my hands to work on cars using a manual rivet tool became difficult. That all changed when I purchased this tool. The craftsman ship of this tool is great and works perfectly. Very satisfied.

I bought this for my job working on semi trailers and the first time I used it the very next day I got it, I hooked the air up. Put the river in and pulled the trigger and the small gasket popped off and air was just shooting out of the gun. No good!! Not heavy duty..

Bought it as a Christmas gift for my brother who is also a auto body tech. It works great and the price was reasonable.

This was the perfect tool for rebuilding my deck boat!! This gun will do the 3/16 long aluminum rivets as well as all of the smaller ones. I installed over 200 rivets with ease! For me this was a lifesaver compared to the hand squeeze tool that I had.

Works great. Only used it a couple of times but it worked great.
