Does this fit into a standard cup holder? Another one I got from Nalgene didn't fit so wanted to check. Thanks.

No it does not. The silo is the same size around as the 32oz version, it is just taller. If you are look for one that will fit in a standard cup holder the nalgene 20oz multi-drink bottle does this trick.

I'm having a hard time finding a MOLLE bottle pouch that will fit this. anyone have any luck?

However, it won't close if you hook up a hydration adapter for it, or even a camp cup around the bottom like you can with the 32oz bottle. If you just want something to carry a full bottle from point A to B, with accessories in the front pouch but not attached to the bottle, then this will work.
