Very happy with these lifts.
Love them. I have had both hips replaced 10 years apart. My first surgery left my leg 1 inch shorter then right. I have been limping and so embarrassed. I ordered a pair of these lifts, put one in my left shoe. It was like a miracle. No more limping. I'm in hopes my back and the pain settle down now that my legs are even. I will be ordering a second pair as so I do not have to keep transferring them from shoe to shoe. Highly recommend. They fit very comfortable and are made of a nice material.

Comfortable, levels hips
Wish I had thought of these 3 years ago! Had a partial hip replacement, leaving 1 leg longer than the other. Recently had terrible back/hip pain. These inserts are really helping. They are comfortable and love that they stay in place, even in my Sketchers flip flops. Not even visible. Also, Iโve been able to switch them from 1 shoe to another pair with no problem. Best thing ever! Going to orthopedic surgeon to check hip and see if half inch is the right size insert. I would highly recommend these to anyone with a similar problem. update: Ordering a second pair as I got tired of switching them from 1 pair to another. I only use 1 per pair. A helpful hint: I wear them in flip flops and they stay in as I used Gorilla double sided tape to hold them in place. They can be removed when you don't want to wear the shoes anymore.....just pull off and remove tape. I have not had any problems with them coming off with this tape. I did have problelms with another brand of tape. I wear them all day with no problem. It's a life saver with the back pain from being uneven. The bottom of my feet are shot from being on them all day for years. I like that they are cushioned. Very comfortable. The dr. had me use some that were firmer. These are much easier on my feet. The pair that I bought 10 months ago are still good and have not broken down yet. All good!

Comfortable insert to raise your heel
These are exactly what I needed. I have an issue with some shoes where the edge is a little higher than is comfortable and cuts into my ankle bones. These give me a little lift so that my heel is high enough to prevent this. They are comforable to walk in and come with adhesive on the bottom to stop them from slipping. I put it under the insole in my shoes so I don't even notice them. They have a nice cushion for my heel when I am walking. The only issue I have is that while you can trim other inserts, I am not sure how you would trim this one. Luckily I didn't need to for the pair of shoes I purchased these for.

saving my back!
I got these after i had hip surgery, one leg is now longer/shorter and it was causing my back to hurt. and didn't want to have to go to the doc to get really expensive inserts. I tried these and with in a day or two, I could tell the difference, so now I have several of them, I have been getting an extra pair every month on subscribe and save so that I can have one for every shoe and not have to constantly change them. If the sticky gets weak I just rinse it off in water and when it dries it is sticky again so that it stays put in the shoe. Now I have enough for every shoe for less than the price of one at the doctors office. and they are soft and comfortable. win win! I would recommend them to anyone that needs to even out to save you from the back pain! and as you can see in the pictures it works in nearly every shoe from slippers to dress to sneakers etc...

Not what i expected
Wore it to work and it was so stiff and hard. Made things to do at work super uncomfortable since i had to be on my feet for 10hrs. I had high hopes for this too ๐ญ

My favorite heel lift for slightly short leg
This is the third type of heel lift I've tried and by far my favorite. After a hip replacement, one leg is slightly shorter than the other. A lift in my shoe helps me feel more balanced. This summer I spent most of my time barefoot or wearing flip flops without a lift and I developed painful tendinitis in the heel of my shorter leg. A Dr. Foot lift in my left flip flop saved the day. My other lifts wouldn't stay put in my flip flops. The Dr. Foot lifts are comfortable and cushy with the gel insert, sized for stability, and have adhesive backing which so far sticks in a flip flop most of the time (it will fall out sometimes when I'm in my recliner with feet raised). Some people mention using double stick tape to keep the lifts in place when the adhesive wears off. The lifts also work great in my sneakers and slippers. I rarely wear dress shoes anymore so I can't vouch for their use in snug-heeled leather shoes or pumps/high heels. The lifts came two to a package and are universal facing, NOT right or left facing, so the pair can be used for two left shoes or two right shoes. I'll be buying another pair for winter so I can leave a lift in slipper, shoes, and boot.

Not true 1 inch rise!!!
So disappointed! I had a full hip replacement leaving 28mm/1inch long leg. Iโm exactly 1inch leg lengthโฆ So naturally I ordered 1inch riser.. Itโs not even close to level length :( Maybe itโs is 1/2 inchโฆ

Decent but Lacks Grip
The Dr.Foot height increase insoles are comfortable and provide a slight lift as advertised. However, they donโt stick well in the shoe, causing them to slide around during use. Good for short-term wear, but could use better adhesive for stability.
