Customer service is excellent, but product is not
Customer service is prompt and pleasant, but the ice machine doesn't meet my needs. It is very slow, and even though I tried it several times, only produced a handful of ice. I did all the troubleshooting, but I guess that it is just going to make a glassful at a time. I was hoping for more than that, like ice for a crowd.

It’s ok but a bit slow on ice production
Got it for my son as Christmas gift as his apt fridge doesn’t have ice maker and he likes it but says it’s slow to make even a small batch of ice.
