easynets 12mm Plastic Coated Garden Canes (90cm x 12mm (Pack of 10))

This is my second purchase of these, I bought really long ones last year for my runner beans, and these are shorter, to go in the greenhouse for staking my tomatoes.My husband and I were having trouble with canes - they weather, they age, they rot, they splinter, they get full of earwigs. The biggest problem though is that you have to keep taking them down, putting them up, storing them in the shed, getting them out, and starting again. Not anymore. The bean poles stayed in situ all winter (one less job for both autumn and spring) and they were totally as new which has made me realise that I can have the same labour-saving system in the greenhouse. What grows up them might change each year, but they don't need to go anywhere, once they're finished with this year, they can stay there ready for next year! They are solid, we can't break them by pushing them into hard soil or leaving them out in the frost. They look good because they are coated metal, and can't rust. Perfect. I love them. Really pleased.

Good sturdy Good lookin canes ..Ive used them with green coated chicken wire to form a temp fence around a boggy garden and they look far better than standard canes and are strong enough to stop the dog knocking down the fence...good value quick delivery highly recomend Thankyou.

An ideal answer to staking my standard shrubs. My garden gets a lot of wind and the delicate nature of some of my shrubs means that they need support. Ordinary garden canes in comparison, are quite flimsy. These supports are so strong and will last many years. They are extremely well made. Easy to use due to one end being pointed. Well packaged. Prompt delivery. Being green they blend in with the plants so discretely. An asset to any gardener!
