Chunky 40cm needles
Bit rough on arrival but after a rub down with an emery board and a rub with a tiny amount of hair wax they are brilliant Compare prices with wooly mahoosive or Rachel Jane's needles and then snap these up!. If you don't get on with circular needles these are the ones for you

Not fit for use
The needles were rough where the size had been carved into them so when knitting with them the wool snagged . I sent them back and got a refund

The needles are fine but they are not smooth so depending on yarn not easy to knit with.

These “needles” are more like little baseball bats! See pic. (I am 6’ tall and have very long arms so you can see them for comparison.) These worked PERFECTLY for the blanket I made. They are a little heavy, so they will certainly fatigue your hands and shoulders. They worked very well, though! My friend LOVES her blanket, so it was well worth a little discomfort. The needles were nice and smooth, so no problems with snagging or interfering with the “slide” up the needle while knitting. I’m very pleased with them.

Needed huge knitting needles for knitting with roving. Exactly what these are. A bit of a workout though, as they are heavy and long which makes them a bit difficult but if you are looking for huge quality knitting needles that are not circular (thereby avoiding the problems the coil may cause in stitch shape/size-shifting) these are for you. Almost but not too big and exactly right for my chunky roving project. Highly recommend.
