Gene was very helpful and communicative. He truly cares about his product and will work with you to solve your specific problem. We had an issue with bulb compatibility with a very old appliance and he was immediately responsive with great insight.

Was afraid I would have to bring in an electrician to retrofit a cabinet that used these type of bulbs. These replacements worked perfectly. Expensive but worth it.

Lamps were a tough find. Glad that Amazon and Lumiline had lamps in stock. Great product and and delivery was prompt. Unfortunately, I’ve ordered two sets of lamps twice. FYI, Amazon and Lumiline responded quickly on my mistake and refunded the second order. Would definitely order again Thanks . Rick C

I ordered the wrong size bulbs - received the correct size and they are perfect. The bulbs in my curio cabinets were about 40 years old and 2 finally were not working. So happy to know the 2023 bulbs fit my unit

My house is over 100 years old and finding bulbs for light fixtures is a challenge. When they were found on Amazon, I couldn't believe it (been trying to find them for years). When they came, I was so disappointed; they were "wrong" (looked different and didn't fit). There was an insert in the package from the distributor, asking to call with questions, so I did. Gene was so kind, patient, and helpful! He walked me though (I wasn't pushing hard enough on the end clips) and they work perfectly. Thanks to Amazon and Gene, I can keep my classic fixtures which are now LED and energy efficient!

This is not incandescent at all... Very disappointed.

Looked for awhile for a replacement and came upon this. It does work fine but the price is very high.

My old house has bathroom fixtures that require this type of bulb. This bulb fits perfectly, arrived timely, and works fine.

Happy with the product but expensive.
