This was a surprise!
I took a chance on these as I got a wild hair and decided to try a simple solution for accent lighting for my house. To my surprise they're very well made. The stakes, the head, the solar panels and wiring, everything seems to be and feels like something meant to be out in the elements. For now I have thew wires run and buried and the lights on stakes. I'd planned on mounting the lights but in a couple of places that won't work so, so far the stakes are the best option, and work well. Once we had several days of good full sun, they seem to last longer than other reviews have stated. When I first put them in we had on and off weather, as well, I moved and test locations for the panels. I finally got a good spot that will be about as good as I can get. Depending on time of year, the number of hours of sun that hit this part of the yard changes quite a bit. It's on the north side, partially blocked by the house, more so in fall and winter months. I've ended up with these on full power. Mid power is pretty good for my application but full is better. If there was 1 more higher setting it might be perfect. However I'd question the ability to power them without larger panels and power storage. With decent but not great sun, they'd go off somewhere close to 4 AM. That would be about 7 or so hours which is respectable on high. With some constant sun recently, even with limited direct sun during the day, I check cameras yesterday and they were going off at about 6AM. That's about 9 hours on high. I can't complain about that at all. They're small, which is good because they aren't noticeable but put off a good light for our 1 story at the corners where there's accents. The color of these lights are great, warm and natural. For about $140 I think, for the 3 sets this was a great option. Only time will tell as far as durability and holding a charge for powering them as much as possible over night but for a solar solution, these are a great option!! FYI, they're made well too, including the stakes and brackets. I have another light for a flag light that's larger, but the stake and mount are much less substantial than these sets. These are much more heavy duty. All in all, these are a solid buy for a simple solar lighting solution. The attached picture was just after install, before I had the aim and locations nailed down better. They are on the brightest setting here. I think the picture might show them a little bit brighter than they are in person.

Bright, well made and convenient, highly recommended
Bright, well made and convenient, highly recommended. I’ve been waiting for years for powerful quality solar lighting and this is it. Price is a bit steep but better than low volt or poor quality external floods. And the energy is FREE and abundant. Installation: Bought 5 pairs to up light front of house (10 lights). It took some time to locate the solar panels for max exposure due to many large trees, but was ultimately successful. I used several of the 16 ft. white extension cables from the same Mgr., 2 pairs on far end of house had to go 40 ft for better sun. I mounty 2 panels on a pole, which was easy due to the bracket design. Performance: The results are terrific and lights have been used now for nearly 7 months. Brightness is sufficient to up light taller 2 story home. Battery power is very good, especially with proper solar panel placement. I use the brightest of the three settings and the lights go from dusk (8:20pm) last 3am most fairly sunny days. Time is less on cloudy days obviously but I could lower brightness to extend if I wanted. Quality: Solid manufacturing and use of metal. No sign of water damage or seepage in the sealed light unit. I accidentally ran over one of the wires and had to open up one of the panels to attach and re-soldier; quality visible inside with good seals.

GREAT for DIY mods -- see my photo!
Firstly, the light housings are very well designed and well made. They're die-cast metal, with good cable seals and O-rings for the lens retaining rings. The solar cell housing is plastic with a clear plastic window, and it looks well enough sealed to exclude rain and bugs. The light modules use TIR lenses rather than reflectors, and they do a terrific job of focusing the light into a narrow-to-medium cone, just like the high-end flashlights that firefighters use. The LEDs have a nice, warm color; they're very bright at full intensity, and still plenty bright enough for most outdoor purposes at lower intensities when longer run time is desired. The battery is a 3.7 volt, 2000 mAh lithium-ion cell, shrink-cased with attached wire leads and a small plug, so although it's unique to this manufacturer, it should be easy to replace with just a screwdriver. Which brings me to my major point: Everything about this light set is accessible and serviceable! The light housings screw apart, and the solar cell housing is held together with just 8 screws. The only glue anywhere is some RTV silicone in one of the cable glands, and even that is easily removed if the cable needs to be repaired. In summary, this is exactly the kind of product I love to find, so I can customize it to suit my needs. Case in point: I wanted to display the American flag outside over holiday weekends, which demands night-time illumination, but I didn't want to mount lights on my house. The available flag-pole lights just aren't well suited for house-mounted, angled flag poles, and besides, I wanted the light to shine downward, from both sides, and from farther away from the pole for the best effect. Also, I wanted the lights to be mounted from the outer end of the pole so they wouldn't interfere with sliding on decorative flags at other times. (My wife jokes that I have to redesign everything I buy... she gets it.) See my photo for the final result. This required re-threading the back of the LED housings (1/4NPT) to accept the tubing fittings, drilling and tapping the pole finial, bending some 3/8" OD aluminum tubing, and cutting, splicing and resoldering the cables. I used 1/8" pipe fittings to mount the solar cell housing so it can be tilted and leveled at the optimum angle. Nothing at all beyond the reach of an experienced DIYer, and I've already got neighbors asking where I "bought" it. I highly recommend these light sets, whether you'll use them as-is or more creatively, and I'll be looking for other opportunities to use them.

Worked well for a year then the battery died
They work well and seem to be pretty decent quality compared to most other solar lights I've purchased. Unfortunately, the rechargeable battery died in a year and there doesn't appear to be a replacement pack available anymore. So that makes the lights worthless now, just like all the others.

Quality Product
Nicely made light set worth the extra money. I purchased the 2 light warm white set in the spring of 2018. Since am using it to light a flagstone address stone in the front yard I only used 1 light and ran it on low. It ran flawlessly for 7 years with only the paint on the light fading in the desert sun. The metal construction was great when pounding the light and panel into our "soil" here which is as hard as a rock. But the battery finally died after 7 years of use. Luckily, the back of the solar panel is secured with many screws making it easy to take apart. I tested the battery and it is as dead as a doornail. But I found an identical replacement (they are a common RC car battery) with the same plug on Amazon for only $7 and just waiting for it to arrive so it should be good for a few more years.

Expensive light set with no available spare parts
I purchased 4 sets of these lights in 2017. I lost the spikes during the course of a recent move. I was informed that replacement spikes were not available for these lights so I now have a set of solar spotlights that I cannot use. None of the generic spikes that are available for sale online are compatible with this light set. In sum, I would not recommend the expensive Mini 50x Twin Solar-Powered Aluminum Warm White LED Spotlights due to a lack of spare parts. I would recommend purchasing a cheaper set of solar spotlights. There are plenty of these products available on Amazon.

The BEST Ever!
This is the BEST solar light system I've ever purchased! I debated on spending this much money but they truly are worth every penny (to me anyhow). The system consists of a large solar panel, incredibly long lengths of wiring, and the two lights and ground stakes are of very sturdy construction. The system is definitely weatherproof, as they survived several rain storms since install. The highest setting is bright, and is my favorite setting. My yard is very shady, so shady that even with the long length of wiring I still have to move the solar panel out into the yard to recharge, but I don't mind at all because the effect of the uplight on my river birch tree makes me happy. I look forward to evenings just so I can gaze out at my favorite tree :) The light color is a nice 3500k yellowish light vs the 5000k blue light. *Very* natural looking. I've run my lights at all the settings (low, med, high) and am pleased to report that even at the high setting they were lit from dusk to dawn. We've had several successive mostly cloudy days, and I've dropped to the medium setting - but want to tell you that even without bright sunlight recharging these past few days the lights do remain lit from dusk to dawn on medium. I can't say enough good about them, but know that I'm saving up for a second and third set... Wish they offered these in multi-packs at a bit reduced price :)
