These Updates do not ruin the story
I usually do not like updates to classic stories, but this book felt original. My 2-year old wanted to read this book many times, several nights in a row... which for me is wonderful because it allowed us to get past the last book she loved:). Anything that captures her attention and helps foster her interest in books is excellent. Oh, and the hard pages means it will not go the way of my old version... where the pages were all ripped out.

This book is huge!
My baby and I love this book! I didn't read the dimensions and was so surprised by the size of this book, but it's awesome to see these cute pictures in such a large scale! The cardboard is smooth, and the pages are reasonably thick and sturdy. I love watching my baby's little hands turn these huge pages, and it's a sure favorite around here! I also like this version of the story.

Nicely written and inclusive of male and female piggies which was nice. Otherwise traditional in its presentation.

How I remember it and what I wanted to get
I really like this telling of the story, fits what I recall the story to be as a child. Sturdy book that's held up to a 2 year olds abuse for now and the images and pages are laid out in a nice manner. If you want to read 3 little pigs to your child I would definitely recommend this book.

Excellent Book! Super Enjoyable for Kids!
Great photos. Just enough words for grandchildren under 4. They loved the detail in the pics. For ex: the pig’s knapsack (we made one Iike it that they loved) The pencil behind the ear of the “brick house” pig, The bird w/berries in its mouth, etc. They ask me to read it almost every time I see them.

My grandson enjoyed the story. I am pleased that the wolf ran away and he wasn't killed.

My kids are obsessed with this book. They love the story. Book is nicely illustrated and is sturdy so good for little kids.
