These are the very best Melatonin gummies I have found yet. Extra strength. Fast acting, kicks in for me within 30 minutes. Do not wake up in the morning feeling groggy at all, so doesn't have that side effect. Great price point and quality product. You take 2 for a full dosage, which is 10mg. The taste is pleasant, just like strawberry.

Taste is good, dosage it a bit high. I’ve taken melatonin before and this one does the job well. I’m going to be completely honest, melatonin induced sleep always sucks. Dreams are all over the place and sleep is quality is alright if you’re lucky. That’s why I gave it 4 stars. For its price it does the job though, dosage is 10 mg for 2 gummies so if you want less just eat one for 5mg. So far Everytime I take it, it knocks me out consistently.
