Reel broke after 30 days and the manufacturer will not return my phone calls
This reel is an expensive piece of JUNK!!!!! The customer service is terrible. I will never recommend this brand to anyone. 13 Fishing should be ashamed of themselves. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE

Excellent value. Very Smooth and effective baitcaster. YouTube was a help in making adjustments and with backlashes.
