Each shelf is 24" however. I also supplemented with the similar top support that does not include a gusset like this one does. I have more than 500 lbs. per shelf support loaded on this cantilever design. I imagine you could easily support 100 lbs. on 36-41" cantilever without much deflection. Add a top bracket for additional strength. **Q: Is this available galvanized?** A: Yes, this fitting is offered in bopth an electro galvanized EG and hot dip galvanized HG finish, although you may have to search for the HG finish as it is less common and more expensive. **Q: Is there really a weld where the 2 flaps fold up and meet in the corner?** A: there are no welds on the ones I purchased. **Q: Would these work to reinforce a wobbly table?** A: This fitting is designed to work with Unistrut framing channel and not intended for the application you are asking about. Might it work?
