Polai Woven Waste Bin Waste Paper Basket without Lid for Bedrooms Living Rooms Kitchen,28 * 25 * 21CM

Came packaged terribly. Rather than come in a box it came in a massive plastic envelope and the bin was stuffed with a bin shaped chunk of polystyrene that was so tightly shoved in that I could not for the life of me get it out.I bashed it, used a knife to lever it out but that just made it crumble and throw tiny polystyrene balls all over my kitchen that are static and stick to everything!I gave up in the end as it just wasn’t going to come out. The whole thing went in... a different bin.Messaged seller and they simply said I could pay to return it for a refund or get a partial refund, so I got the second. So at least that’s some thing.Hoping they take on board how useless that packaging was and to change over to a cardboard box! Or at least put a lining in first with a strong handle to pull polystyrene out easily.

The bin is lovely and very well wrapped. So much so it took me at least 15mins to remove the inner polystyrene packing. It was solid!The only way to remove it was to break it up, thankfully I did it outside as the mess was crazy. Maybe try find some other method of packing, to make the process easier

It came today. I love it. It was wrapped really well.
