Amazing, life changing book!

This book was eye opening and gave me the strength and courage I needed to heal and become my authentic sell. This was the 11th book I’ve read trying to figure out what was wrong with me and how to heal. I also have been doing therapy but this book is what changed my life.

Sven is a hard hitting, no nonsense counselor that will tell you how to do the work needed to heal.

I found Sven on TicTok and enjoy his videos. I have read several chapters so far and I agree with a lot of the content. The content has been informative and also triggering, which in this context is good. I have been personally studying psychology for some-time and am not new to the self help journey either. I know Sven says you can do this work without a therapist however i highly recommended that you have someone to talk to while you do this work. Everyone is different but I hated being spun up without a live person to talk to and some of my unsettling thoughts came back after reading this book, which can be dangerous for me. Also, Sven is a pastor, and not formally trained in trauma therapy. Please keep that in mind and be careful when you are doing this work. There are certain mindsets surrounding trauma that I am not a fan of, like a “pull yourself by your bootstraps” view and slant. I am mindful that Sven is a boomer and that is a typical stance and mindset for his generation . Sociology has different view and some disorders cannot be undone with a mindset shift alone.Let me add that,No one is perfect-not even doctors and If you are looking for real change it will be uncomfortable and gritty. This book will bring you change but just make sure you have the support you need.I do genuinely believe that Sven has people’s best interest at heart when he wrote this book. He is definitely living his purpose and his tone is consistent through his videos and his book. Thank you for your work, Sven.

SVEN YOU ARE A BADASS COUNSELOR! I'm only one third through this book and I am so moved. I have done EMDR, hypnotherapy, and another decade worth of talk therapy but this book is the best investment I've made! It, like Sven, is bold, direct and honest and some parts will hit you in the gut, use this as your fuel to grow and change. I'm am so excited to have my own book to use, go back to, read and reread over and over again , I will reference this book for the remainder of my life. If you are truly reading, hearing, absorbing, owning, and implementing the knowledge of this book transformation will take place. Do the Journaling, listen to the songs and let every ounce of betterment and healing come into your life. Trust me this will save you years of your life and thousands of dollars with your mental, emotional and spiritual needs still not met. You deserve it, the world deserves it so let's all get better by filling our Love Cup. 💙

I follow Sven on his videos and his view of relationships of all kind is very accurate, always straight to the core of the problems. If you are struggling in your life with relationships issues, and you just want to change something to get a better and happier life, you must read this book and do the excercices by journaling to answer important questions...do not hesitate. Sven's long experience with all kind of issues will certainly help you. Be prepared for it.

Fast moving self help book with a difference. I wish I had read this book years ago. Worked through this whilst having counselling and it has changed the way I deal with self worth and binge eating.

Simple way of approaching issues, no high-brow talking at me, just good plain, simple talk. And straight forwar approach the wide range of problems we carry with us through life. I'm learning to be the me I used to be, and she's awesome. Love this book!

He has helped me heal so much of my past b.s. he’s really that amazing.The book helps you to dig through and dissect everything that has been causing trauma and unfulfilled relationships and especially the relationship with yourself.
