Failed at 11 months old
Basically refused to turn using the key after shutting the door (door is self locking) and locked me out. Nothing would budge it so £125 emergency locksmith who after getting the door open as it was not locked needed to snap the lock from inside the house to get it out. For something not even a year old this is very poor and costly, not impressed!!
