Charges two batteries simultaneously, quickly, and without error. I was able to use this in conjunction with an external battery (flashlight type,) and included charging cable, giving two initial full charges and one recharge of each battery, while still having flashlight power leftover. Small compact light weight charger with the ability to independently charge two GroPro Batteries at once out of the camera, easy to use - just need to plug into a USB power source (iPhone 5S charger works fine). Charger gives you the ability to charge 1 or 2 GoPro batteries without the need to charge the battery in the camera so you can still use the camera if you so desire whilst charging a battery.

Works as designed. Saved lots of money buying through here after we lost our charger. After not being able to find it before going to the sand dunes I figured oh well, we can buy one while in Oregon, it will be cheaper then Washington especially with no sales tax... WRONG! Fred Meyers wanted $69.99 for the GoPro brand charger identical to this one. I said no way and we'd just have to go without getting any great riding videos. Thankfully the neighbors camped next to us we had helped out the night before had a charger and charged our batteries but as soon as we got home I checked amazon and was astonished by how much I was saving. Then of course 2 weeks after getting the new one, we found our charger in the guest bedroom under a blanket oddly. But oh well its really nice having 2 now! 1 for the house and 1 for the truck for charging on the go! Charger even held up all weekend at the Gorge in 103+ degree weather without over heating.

The charger is great as I can charge two batteries at once. The LED Light indicates that the battery is charging if it's an Amber color and once the battery is fully charged it turns green. It comes with a USB so you can just plug it into a USB Adapter to the wall or on your computer/laptop. Please note that this only charges batteries for GoPro Hero 3/3+.

Good charger, but I docked a star because I'm tired of GoPro nickle-and-diming folks on accessories. The charger comes with a USB cable, but they couldn't throw in the plug attachment for the charger? You actually have to buy the dang thing separately. What, they seriously don't expect folks to plug this charger into a wall outlet at some point?

This is such a quick way to recharge your GoPro batteries after an exciting day of adventures. All you have to do is remove the battery from your camera and put them in the slots. Then plug it into an outlet and the light will come on to let you know that it is charging up. Then a green light will come up to let you know that it is done charging. I usually just leave it overnight and take it out in the morning. It will charge your batteries about the same time your camera charges it, but you can do two at the time it takes for one. So you can do more action adventure scenes. This is from GoPro not an after market one, so it is fully compatible with your 3 and 4 series cameras. It has a nice rubber grip, so that it does not slip out of your hand, making it feel nice and solid.
