Really good
Used this product to make Egusi soup with spinach. Product was good quality, sand free and tasted very good. A bit on the expensive side for 8oz, but will buy it again if I am in a pinch and can't make it to the African store to buy it in bulk.

GET IT. western african soups Galore
It was my first time making egusi soup from home. it took just a few mistakes from too little crayfish to not mixing in enough of the overall paste. once overall measurements were mastered, the egusi was great. leftovers were awesome. the more melon see, the thicker so i suggest buying a minimum 2 and up from there from left to right (before & after simmering/adjustments)

I have to say I’m really pleased with it! The product arrived quickly, which was great because I was eager to use it over the week. Great Product! Authentic!
This is a staple in my pantry for when I need to reset my ph and make my native dishes that connect me to my source. It's great quality - and I haven't used it yet, but as a veteran in the culinary business, I can tell quality by just looking at it and feeling it. Delivery was also really fast.

I bought these Egusi seeds for the first time to make Nigerian Egusi soup which I had found a recipe for and wanted to try. I made the soup for a large gathering of people and it was a total hit! Everyone was asking what it was made from and saying how delicious the seeds were. The Egusi seeds curdle so nicely and almost give a dairy and cheese like texture and taste. I’m so glad I tried these seeds and will definitely be buying more! Try them

Too Expensive for Quantity
How is this $16 plus tax and it doesn’t even make one whole cup of Egusi?! It’s a rip-off. I understand things are expensive but this is pure greed.
