Happy with purchase, stopped draughts coming into kitchen, put some insulation in for the winter.Easy to install.

This does what I wanted it to do. It covers over a vent but still allows the air to circulate like we wanted.No issues fitting and feels sturdy so hope it lasts!

The cowl cover is made of sturdy plastic and does a good job of covering the outside kitchen extractor fan vent thus preventing a back draught when the vent is not on. Fitting the cowl was straight forward although you need to provide your own screws and raw plugs. It's surprising how effective the cowl is at preventing a back draught and the kitchen is noticeably warmer as a result especially in the mornings. Overall the cowl does a good job and does not look out of place on an external wall. Would be happy to recommend.

Good sturdy feel. Hard plastic. Feels like it will last a long time. But I had to return it due to change of plan. The other thing to bear in mind that if this is going outside then it might make a nesting place for insects etc because its completely open at the bottom.

Arrived today, and on opening the packet I was surprised to find that no fixings are provided. Although it doesn't say they are, I took it as given that they would be. I was ready to go put them up, but now I've got to go and buy some wall plugs & screws. Not ideal.

This was just the right size for my needs. Even though the box it came in looked like it had been used for a football, the cover was in fine shape. Shipping was fast considering it came across the pond. Definitely recommend it.
