The Kent cultivar had its origins in the Coconut Grove section of Miami back in 1945. The fruit flesh is a deep yellow and fiberless. The fruit ripens from July to August. TO FOURTEEN DAYS. THE SEASON IS FROM JUNE TO JULY. The tree photographed is a stock picture. Your tree may look different. Please inquire about current stock sizes. Trees are generally smallest in the winter, growing in the spring, and largest in the summer. No two trees are the same, and no tree is flawless. We can send you a photo of your tree prior to your purchase. We do not send photos after purchase. Once you receive your tree, water it heavily for at least a week. The trees want as much sunlight as possible. We pack our trees with bamboo stakes and newspapers. Shippers are usually kind. If there is a problem with the tree, we must be notified within 24 hours. We cannot be responsible for the tree's care after that 24 hour time period. We are not responsible if your state or county holds or destroys plants due to their laws. You are responsible for knowing the laws in your area.
