61XL Ink Cartridges Black/Tri-Color Combo Pack for 61 Ink, 2-Pack

GREAT PRODUCT: I originally purchased this ink in 2020. Upon receipt I could not get the cartridge to work. I returned, received a new order and it worked perfectly. The quality was fantastic and the price was extremely great and the color ink is just fading in 2022. I'd purchased an extra box for when I would run out of ink and I was very disappointed when both black and colored ink cartridges were DRY, no ink whatsoever and non-returnable. I guess after 4 years I should have expected dry. Honestly I was disappointed but not mad due to the number of years I had to use this great product. I will order this product again but I will make sure I order one box at a time. I print a lot and the product lasted 4 years so I would rate a 10 if possible.

The first time that I bought from Greenbox the ink was great! No problems and easy install. The second time I bought the multi-pack and only had to replace the color, went great and saved back the black ink. Fast forward a year later and it's time to use and replace the black ink. My HP4500 says the new cartridge is empty even though I can feel a difference in weight and know that there is ink in there and there is no way to bypass the error message- trust me I scoured the internet for solutions. When looking at the computer chip on the back of the cartridge I noticed that it has a different design than the other black ink cartridge. Also, the new ink cartridge has "TC 20D" printed on the side whereas the older one has "TC20A" printed on the side. Not sure if that means anything... Super bummed I'm out money. Would not recommend it.

I installed the black cartridge just to test it out, and it read it as a recycled cartridge. So all good!! I also like the cartridge covers it comes with; since I opened the package before I needed it, I'm glad that the snap cover and tape will prevent it from drying out before use. It came with instructions in the event of drying which is useful. I purposely printed an artsy, but blurry image just to really test it out and it worked like the standard cartridge. I had no issues with the fit so I'll assume the color cartridge works the same. Will definitely purchase again

Replacement cartridges worked very well, and the HP printer recognized both cartridges. Recommend this cartridge.

I bought this in February and stored it in a temp control office until mid August when I needed it and it is bad. Either the ink has gone bad or it simply doesn't contain all the colors- it is missing magenta, I suspect. Prints everything green, so it likely just has cyan and yellow inks. Return window has closed. So I'd love it if the company responds to this, otherwise at a time that small business is hit incredibly hard by Covid, I'm out $30. Update: Before I used this product I ordered a back up set in case I ran out of ink. The second set of ink cartridges after barely being used broke my printer software, forcing me to reinstall the driver before my printer would print from a different brand of ink cartridges again. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT IS GARBAGE! When I reinstall these printer cartridges they no longer print despite being full of ink. I install a different brand and the printer works again (after reinstalling the driver on my computer). This brand will have you throwing away hundreds of dollars and wasting 1/2 days of work trying to clean up the problems they cause. And their customer service has never contacted me to refund my money. Now I've lost $60-$80 and a 1/2 day of work. CAUTION - DO NOT BUY!!

Good ink at a great price!

I had ordered from Greenbox before and had no issues, but recently ordered the Tri-color and black cartridges and both of them gave me error messages. For the Tri-color, the printer showed it was a “used HP cartridge”, and the black one just wasn’t recognized at all (kept telling me to install it, which it was). Yes, I removed the tape in case you were wondering. I did try to fix it based on some of the different troubleshooting tips I found online for getting it to work, but nothing worked for me. Unfortunately I had to return these, but based on the first one I bought, the print quality was great and it seemed to last a very long time.

I’ve bought these ink cartridges several times. Reasonably priced and I’ve never had a problem with them.
