Bad start but they made it good
I had problems with the first system I received, after I had spend hours configuring it and transferring files from a backup disk. I was ready to tear my hair out. But, not only did the seller get me another one in two days, The RAID I had set up on the machine that went south slid right into place and came up as configured. The only thing I had to change was the IP addresses and I was ready to go. Also, while I was having trouble with the defunct system, ASUSTOR tech support was right there with me. They not only wanted to make it right, they wanted as much information as I could give them to prevent this kind or problem again. I could not be happier with them right now. Then again, I have been operational less than a week (keeping fingers crossed).

So far so good.
had it two days. the good: well built, solid unit. start up was a breeze with whatever the factory provided. huge download library that is also nice and easy to use. the GUI is nice looking and easy to use as well. no complaints. with the I5 also gives it very nice speed and responsiveness. bad: thats debatable as I am not sure if its the unit or the hard drives. I got 4 x 6tb ironwolf drives, and i figured i should see about 23.5 tb available space, when in fact I got 21.8. (lost 2.2 tb) which is HUGE. I got 100's of thousands of files, videos, photos on my desktop and all that isn't even 500gb. losing 2.2 TB is concerning.
